LOCATION AND DATES
Where will the 2011 PayDirect User Conference take place?
The conference takes place at the Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis.
What are the conference dates?
April 18-20, 2011. Conference check-in kicks off at 11:00 am on Monday, April 18. The closing session will end at 11:30 am on Wednesday, April 20.

When does the conference begin?
Conference check-in begins Monday, April 18, at 11:00 am in the Pre-conference area.
When does the conference end?
The conference concludes with a closing session from 11:00 to 11:30 am on Wednesday, April 20. Please plan your air travel to allow plenty of time to get to the airport following the conclusion of the conference. We recommend departing the conference at least two hours prior to your flight departure time. The Four Seasons Hotel will store your luggage until your scheduled departure. Please see the bell desk on the first floor or the main bell desk on the eighth floor for assistance.

The 2011 PayDirect User Conference features several keynote addresses by industry experts and detailed breakout sessions in a variety of formats and levels. You'll have a chance to meet with PayDirect team members, hear from expert users at leading companies, and pick up strategies for improving your bottom line. It's a can't-miss event for PayDirect users and partners!

How should I make air travel reservations to St. Louis?
The Lambert St. Louis International Airport (STL) is the closest major airport - about a 20 minute drive to the Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis.
How do I arrange ground transportation?
Taxis are readily available at the airports with no advance reservations required. Transportation to and from the conference sponsored offsite event on Tuesday will be provided. Any personal transportation must be arranged by the individual.

Are there special hotel rates?
Yes, there are discounted rates offered to PayDirect Conference attendees at the Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis. Please request your hotel room by calling 314-881-5800 and requesting the Reservations Department. To take advantage of this great rate, all reservations must be made by March 28, 2011.

The PayDirect Conference discounted hotel rate starts at $149.00/night for a limited number of rooms.
What are Check-in and Check-out times?
Check-in time is at 3 p.m. the day of arrival and Check-out time is at Noon the day of departure.
What if I need to change or cancel my hotel accommodations?
All hotel inquiries should be directed to the hotel. The Four Seasons St. Louis can be reached directly at 314-881-5800.
Please note: In the event that you need to cancel a reservation, please call before 3:00pm the day of arrival to avoid a one night charge of room and tax.

TAXI:
It's about a 20 minute drive to and from Lambert Int'l Airport to the Four Seasons Hotel. The afternoon rush hour is generally between 4:00 & 6:00 pm.
REGISTRATION
What is the registration cost for attending the 2011 PayDirect User Conference?
All clients will receive two complimentary passes to the 2011 event. Additional staff from your organization are welcome at a nominal charge of $395 each.

What is the payment policy?
If applicable, please remit payment by check or ACH to the address below. An invoice will follow your registration within five business days and payment must be remitted by March 28, 2011.

Are attendee substitutions permitted?
If you have registered but are unable to attend the conference, you may substitute another employee from your company. Please send written notification of your change via email to lindsey.mcclung@bemassoftware.com on or before March 28, 2011 so that we can make necessary planning changes to the event. You will receive a written confirmation from the BEMAS Conference Committee once the change has been received and processed.

Can I bring a guest?
You are free to bring a guest. However, the conference events and sessions are for participants only. Guests are welcome to attend the Welcome Cocktail Reception.
What should I wear during the conference?
Business casual attire is appropriate for all conference functions. Meeting room temperatures may be cool, so we suggest layered clothing for comfort.
The Fox Theatre event will be dressy casual in nature.
