2010 | Evolution or Revolution takes place at The Ritz-Carlton in St. Louis, Missouri.
What are the conference dates?
April 27-29, 2010. The Welcome Cocktail Reception kicks things off at 7:00pm on Tuesday, April 27. The last session concludes at 4:00pm on Thursday, April 29.

When does 2010 | Evolution or Revolution begin?
The General Conference will begin with the Welcome Cocktail Reception on Tuesday evening, April 27, at 7:00pm (CDT).
When does 2010 | Evolution or Revolution end?
2010 | Evolution or Revolution closes with a general session and conference closing remarks scheduled to conclude at 4:00pm (CDT) on Thursday, April 29. Please plan your air travel to allow plenty of time to get to the airport following the conclusion of the conference. We recommend departing the conference at least two hours prior to your flight departure time. The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis will store your luggage until your scheduled departure. Please see the bell desk for assistance.

How should I make air travel reservations to St. Louis?
The Lambert St. Louis International Airport (STL) is the closest major airport—about a 15 minute drive (depending on traffic) to The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis. American Airlines is offering a special 5% discount with Authorization Number: A8740AE.
How do I arrange ground transportation?
Taxis are readily available at the airports with no advance reservations required. Transportation to and from 2010 | Evolution or Revolution sponsored events will be provided. Any personal transportation must be arranged by the individual.

Are there special hotel rates?
Yes, there are discounted rates offered to 2010 | Evolution or Revolution attendees at The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis. Please request your hotel room online or by calling 1-800-960-7056.

Check-in time is at 4 p.m. the day of arrival and Check-out time is at noon the day of departure.

TAXI:
It’s about a 15-25 minute drive to and from Lambert Int’l Airport to The Ritz, depending on traffic. The afternoon rush hour is generally between 4:00 & 6:00 pm.
METROLINK:
Ticket: Purchase the “Metro Two-Hour Pass from Lambert Airport w/transfer” for $3.75
Start at: Lambert Main or East Terminal Metro Link Station (going EAST, about 30 minutes)
Transfer station/direction at: Forest Park Metro Link Station (going WEST, about 5 minutes)
End at: Forsyth Metro Link Station (get off)
Walk up the stairs. You’ll see The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis on Carondelet Plaza on your left (depending on which steps you took, it will be right in front of you or just across the street).

What is the payment policy?
Please remit payment by check to th eaddress below. An invoice will follow your registration within two business days and payment must be remitted by March 27, 2010,
for early bird registration and by March 27, 2010, for regular registration.

If you have registered but are unable to attend 2010 | Evolution or Revolution and cannot cancel your registration, you may substitute another employee from your company at no additional charge.
Please send written notification of your change via email to conference@bemassoftware.com. You will receive a written confirmation from the BEMAS Conference Committtee once the
change has been received and processed.

What is 2010 | Evolution or Revolution registration cancellation policy?
Cancellations received in writing via email to conference@bemassoftware.com on or before 12:00 noon Central Time (CT), on
Saturday, March 27, 2010, will receive a refund, less a $100.00 USD processing fee. Cancellations received after 12:00 noon CT on Saturday, March 27, 2010,
will result in a forfeiture of the entire conference fee. However, you may substitute another employee from your company at no additional charge. (See full details in the
Attendee Substitution paragraph above).

Can I bring a guest?
You are free to bring guest. However, guests cannot attend the reception nor any sessions.
What should I wear during the conference?
Business casual attire is appropriate for all conference functions. Meeting room temperatures may be cool, so we suggest layered clothing for comfort.
Casino Night event will be casual in nature.
