Registration Options
General Conference starts at 7:00pm on April 27 and ends 4:00 pm April 29, 2010
Early Bird Registration: $595 per person
Standard Registration: $695 per person
Pre-Conference Workshops from 9:00am to 5:00pm per agenda on April 27, 2010
General Conference fees include the Welcome Cocktail Reception on Tuesday night, the Wednesday Casino Night with dinner, and breakfast and lunch on
Wednesday and Thursday. Hotel rooms are booked separately. Visit the Hotel/Transportation page for more information.
Workshop fees include breakfast and lunch on Tuesday.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation deadline is March 27, 2010. All cancellations must be received in writing by March 27, to receive a refund minus a $100 processing fee.
Refund requests received after March 27, 2010 will not be refunded. All refund requests are processed post-conference.
