Our products are extremely flexible and can easily be adapted to our client’s workflow methods. We try to anticipate every client need in our design; however, sometimes the client may wish to make modifications to the software to meet special needs. If customization to the system is required, a Statement of Work (SOW) will be created describing the exact modifications and an estimate of development time and costs.

Our SOW estimation process is a variation of the Wideband Delphi Method where our estimation team anonymously bids time estimates to the proposed work. The estimates are then discussed in a group forum to bridge gaps and collaboratively decide on a final estimate for the Statement of Work.
