BEMAS manages implementation projects with sound methodology that creates open communication between BEMAS and the client and ensures full visibility into the progress of project tasks, timelines, and deliverables. When implementation begins, an experienced BEMAS project manager works with a client project lead to create a project plan. This plan is formed through the use of an extensive pre-planning questionnaire to make sure that we are prepared for each implementation ahead of time.

The project plan is then analyzed by BEMAS technical and business subject matter experts to determine the critical path to overall project success. Bi-weekly project and data review meetings are scheduled to ensure communication and to track progress. Over the course of any project, the work scope changes. Change is a normal and expected part of the process. Our flexible processes and procedures allow for changes to be easily absorbed into the project plan so that your final solution is what you need it to be.
